Important information for online store customers – please read first:

Log in to your Skiperformance account. If you don’t have an account yet, register in the store to create one. In the online store, you can purchase ski passes for KeyCards starting with 01 or 30 – the serial number is located on the back of your card. Note: KeyCards starting with 08 or 25 cannot be used in the online store.

You can purchase a ski pass in two ways:

Add your KeyCard serial number to your ski pass purchase, upload a recognizable photo of the pass user if needed, and go straight to the lift!

If you don’t have a KeyCard, you can purchase one in the online store along with your ski pass. Redeem your purchase at the ticket office by showing the order confirmation sent to your email.

The ticket office is located at the base station of the main lift.

Please make sure all ski pass information is entered correctly before completing your purchase. Purchased ski passes can only be exchanged, modified, or canceled in case of illness with a doctor’s note. Note that there is a 5-minute delay for the order to become active.

All ski passes are activated for the first time at the lift gate.
